The cooking lid CV53175 is a stainless steel lid equipped with a temperature indicator and windows to control the cooking on the plancha grill. It allows to stew vegetables or to keep warm meat or fish.
This stainless steel cover can also be used with the cooking grid GR53175 to facilitate the cooking of tomatoes and potatoes boiled in their skin.
The cooking grid and the stainless steel lid are suitable accessories for the 400-mm-wide plancha grills. These 2 options are marketed separately.
