The cooking lid with hinges 53197SE is a stainless steel lid with hinged and with a temperature indicator to control the cooking on the plancha grill. It allows to stew vegetables or to keep warm meat or fish.
With its ergonomic design, this hinged cooking lid makes your plancha grill into a real barbecue at home. It is fixed on the back edge of your plancha or griddle plate PL 600 E, PL 600 G, PSR 600 EE or PSR 600 GE.
This stainless steel cover can also be used with the cooking grid GR53176 to facilitate the cooking of tomatoes and potatoes boiled in their skin. These 2 options are marketed separately.
