The WDL 200 heated display case is easy to install on counters in cafés, bars, bakeries, or tea rooms. Extremely compact, it can also be placed on work surfaces or behind the counter in food service establishments and restaurants.
The panoramic heated display case is often used as a croissant warmer for breakfast offerings or mid-day snacks. With its panoramic design, it showcases and keeps warm (20°C – 90°C) pastries, cakes, individual quiches, or pizza slices.
A water tray ensures humidity control within the display case to preserve the softness of pastries and cakes.
This compact display case can hold two GN 1/1 Gastronorm pans thanks to its two display levels. The WDL 200 heated display case is equipped with a customizable lighting unit upon request.
The WDL 200 professional display case is very easy to use and clean.
All front and rear doors on this professional heated display case lift up, making loading and serving easier. This countertop display case can therefore be used for self-service. A latch allows the customer-side doors to be locked if the salesperson prefers to serve the customer directly.
The lower stainless steel tray, the drip tray, and the glass section of the shelf are fully removable and dishwasher-safe.
Features: thermostat (20–90°C), customizable light fixture, middle shelf, drip tray, on/off switches, and lighting. Comes without a GN pan.
