Description
The recipe for the Roller Grill mix of crepe batter has been created in close collaboration with a French flour mill.
Nothing is easier to use: just mix 1 kg of crepe mix with 1.8 L of water! After 15 minutes of refrigeration, your waffle batter is ready!
With 1 kg of waffle mix, you make 20 crepes Ø40 cm with a gas crepe machine or an electric crepe maker. This crepe batter is neutral: it does not contain sugar. It can therefore be used for sweet crepes or salted crepes, namely “galettes”.
Delivered in pack of 10 packs of 1 kg of crepe mix. Best-before date: 18 months. Food certification and Halal certification.
