The heated showcase WDL 200 can be easily installed on countertops in coffee bars, bakeries or tea rooms. It is also very compact and can be placed on the worktops of food service businesses and restaurants.
The heated display case is often used as a “croissant warmer” for breakfast or midday snacks. Very panoramic, it enhances and keeps warm (20°C – 90°C) pastries, delicacies, individual quiches or pizza slices.
A water drawer allows a humidity control of the display case to keep moist and delicious the sweet pastries and delicatessen.
This compact display case can get 2 Gastronorm trays GN 1/1 thanks to its 2 levels of presentation. The WDL 200 heated display case is equipped with a customized illuminated top upon request.
The professional showcase WDL 200 is very easy to use and to clean.
The rear glass doors open at 180 ° C for the loading of the professional showcase and for the service.
The grids and theirs supports, the stainless steel lower tray, the water drawer and the firestone are completely removable.
All front and rear doors of the professional showcase can be lifted up. This makes loading and service easier. The counter display case can therefore be used for self-service. A lock system can be used to block the openings on the consumer side, if the waiter prefers to serve the customer directly.
The stainless steel bottom plate, the water drawer and the glass part of the shelf are completely removable and dish-washable.
