The Incoloy spiral heating element is integrated into the cast-iron disc. A double-skinned counter plate ensures that the temperature is maintained over the entire cooking surface without heat loss. The thermostatically controlled cooking process is therefore particularly precise and even.
The cast iron plate only needs to be lightly greased between each cooking to obtain a light and well-browned crepe, perfectly honeycombed, without caramelisation or glazing.
