The BMV 40 bain-marie display stands out thanks to its dual-technology system. It features two independent heating elements to meet both cooking and keep-warm requirements.
The keep-warm technology
The upper ceramic heating element ensures that roast chicken, golden chips and grilled vegetables are kept warm. This means these hot dishes retain their texture and ideal serving temperature.
The bain-marie cooking technology
The lower armoured heating element, meanwhile, powers the bain-marie function. This cooking technology ensures gentle, even heat for soups, sauces, stews and rice.
The 2-in-1 combination of this BMV 40 bain-marie display therefore optimises kitchen space. It offers great flexibility of use.
A panoramic heated display with anti-fog system
The BMV 40 heated display is designed entirely to showcase your food. Its front glass panel, glass side panels and sliding plexiglass doors offer 360° visibility. Furthermore, the adjustable ventilation vents ensure an effective anti-fog system. Your products are thus displayed in the best possible conditions, without condensation or loss of appeal.
A large-capacity, easy-to-clean heated showcase
The fully stainless steel tank of this heated showcase can accommodate up to four GN 1/1 Gastronorm containers with a maximum height of 150 mm. The heating element, positioned beneath the container, prevents limescale build-up. Heat transfer is further optimised thanks to a high-conductivity aluminium plate.
The tank is easily drained via a stainless steel tap. This design makes daily cleaning easy and ensures perfect hygiene, in line with the requirements of professional catering.
Features and finishes of the BMV 40 bain-marie display showcase
The BMV 40 bain-marie display showcase comes with integrated LED lighting to beautifully highlight the food. This heat showcase also features a precise thermostat, an on/off switch, a selector switch and a stainless steel drain tap. Two indicator lights complete the equipment: a thermostat indicator light and a power indicator light. The BMV 40 chicken warming display cabinet is available in a stainless steel or black finish to suit any retail environment.
