The hinged cooking lid 53196SE is a stainless steel lid with hinged and with a temperature indicator to control the cooking on the plancha grill. It allows to stew vegetables or to keep warm meat or fish.
With its ergonomic design, this cooking lid with hinges makes your plancha grill into a real barbecue at home. It is fixed on the back edge of your plancha or griddle plate PL 400 E, PL 400 G, PSR 400 EE or PSR 400 GE.
This stainless steel cover can also be used with the cooking grid GR53175 to facilitate the cooking of tomatoes and potatoes boiled in their skin. These 2 options are marketed separately.
