The electric griddle PSR 900 E is a steel plate highly appreciated to sear foodstuff.
The steel plate of the electric griddle PSR 900 E is 10 mm thick. The temperature rise of this electric griddle is less than 10 minutes. Decarbonised steel of sufficient thickness sears meat, fish and vegetables thanks to the high quality of polishing. The steel plate provides a good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked. The 10-mm-thick steel plate is widely used in traditional catering and food- trucks.
The professional griddle PSR 900 E allows an even cooking of a wide variety of products.
After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature over the entire cooking surface thanks to three Incoloy heating elements. These three coil-shaped heating elements cover the entire surface of the steel plate. Each heating element has a power of 3 kW under the steel plate, namely 9 kW in total. Thanks to the power of the heating elements, the electric plancha grill PSR 900 E ensures homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes. Thanks to the independent control of the 3 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 900 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill a meat at 200°C on one side, to simmer vegetables at 160°C and to keep warm the 3rd part of the plate at 100°C.
The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
