The steel plate of the gas griddle PSR 600 G is 10 mm thick. The temperature rise of this gas griddle is less than 10 minutes. Decarbonised steel of sufficient thickness sears meat, fish and vegetables thanks to the high quality of polishing. The steel plate provides a good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked. The 10-mm-thick steel plate is widely used in traditional catering and food- trucks.

The professional griddle plate PSR 600 G is equipped with a double piezo ignition and two adjustment knobs. After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature over the whole cooking surface thanks to two gas burners. Both star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the steel plate. Thanks to the power of the burners, the gas griddle PSR 600 G ensures a homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes. Thanks to the independent control of the 2 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 600 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill meat on the large flame position on one side and to simmer vegetables at lower temperature (small flame position).
The gas griddle PSR 600 G offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with two safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety.
The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
