The steel plate of the gas griddle PSR 900 G is 10 mm thick. The temperature rise of this gas griddle is less than 10 minutes. Decarbonised steel of sufficient thickness sears meat, fish and vegetables thanks to the high quality of polishing. The steel plate provides a good contact cooking for a direct heat transfer to the food to be cooked. The 10-mm-thick steel plate is widely used in traditional catering and food- trucks.

The professional griddle plate PSR 900 G is equipped with a triple piezo ignition and three adjustment knobs. After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches an even temperature over the whole cooking surface thanks to three gas burners. These three star-shaped burners cover the entire surface of the steel plate. Thanks to the power of the burners, the gas griddle PSR 900 G ensures a homogeneous cooking without heat loss on the edges.
This professional griddle plate can grill a wide variety of meats, fish, burgers, sausages, vegetables, onions but also fried eggs, omelettes. Thanks to the independent control of the 3 cooking zones, you can alternate and vary the cooking on the 900 mm wide plate. For example, it is possible to grill meat on the large flame position on one side, to simmer vegetables at lower temperature (small flame position) and to keep warm the 3rd part of the plate.
The gas griddle PSR 900 G offers unrivalled safety. It is equipped with three safety thermocouples: in the event of a malfunction or gas leak, the thermocouple automatically stops the steel plate for safety.
The juices and grease are drained into the fully removable drawer. The stainless steel collecting tray can be cleaned in a dishwasher. After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional griddle plate, it is possible to deglaze the still hot cooking plate with cold water or some ice cubes.
