Description
The refrigerated market display VHF 1000 provides an excellent presentation surface of fresh products thanks to a capacity of 3 x 1/1GN 1/1 trays with an intermediate shelf. This modular market showcase is intended for streetfood, stall-holders, butchers, shopping malls, etc.
The ventilated refrigerated display VHF 1000 keeps at a right temperature (+ 2 / + 10 ° C) every chilled food: salads, cold meats, cheese, desserts etc. The electronic thermostat regulates and ensures an even and ventilated cold throughout the showcase.
This modular panoramic showcase is composed of 2 removable parts:
– the rear block (refrigerated unit for the VHF 1000 display or heating group for the VHC 1000 showcase)
– the showcase assembled with the block by 2 handles knobs.
The VHF 1000 heated display is very easy to use: the 2 front doors are liftable, the 2 rear doors are sliding and the stainless steel service tray is removable.
Features: on / off switch, temperature indicator, LED lighting, intermediate shelf. Supplied without Gastronorm tray.
