At the front, the customer can choose his dish or snack freely thanks to the 2 liftable glass doors. This self-service showcase speeds up the service and smooths the flow of customers at your point of sales or at the buffet of your hotel restaurant.
The rear glass doors open at 180 ° C for a fast loading. This heated display showcase comes with 2 grids of dimensions 670 x 433 mm and its slanted supports. It can receive Gastronorm GN 1/1 trays, 400 x 600 mm trays or 3 US trays.
