Keep your hot dishes at the perfect temperature in the HD 1200 ventilated heated display case!
The HD 1200 ventilated heated display case features a panoramic design and is equipped with LED lighting. This ventilated display case showcases and keeps your culinary creations, hot dishes, or snacks—such as quiches, pizzas, pastries, meatballs, and baked goods—warm.
Your hot dishes are displayed on two large glass shelves measuring 1045 x 490 mm. The panoramic display case can also accommodate three GN 1/1 Gastronorm containers on the lower stainless steel tray.
The Incoloy heating element and the thermo-fan ensure uniform heat distribution throughout the display case. The electronic thermostat can regulate the temperature from 20 to 90°C with precision to the nearest degree. It ensures a sufficient temperature (72°C) for meat-based snacks such as nuggets, meatballs, or pastries.
A water tray provides the humidity control necessary to keep pastries and meat-filled pastries moist.
The HD 1200 heated display case is very easy to clean.
Perfectly insulated, this heated display case is equipped with double-glazed walls and sliding doors.
The glass doors, glass shelves, stainless steel shelf supports, stainless steel bottom trays, and water tray are fully removable.
The HD 1200 ventilated heated display case is available in white or black.
